Next time you are shopping pick up NO-RINSE shampoo and/or body wash (unscented, moisturizing), LIQUID SOAP (Dove or Ivory), GEL or ROLL-ON deodorant, DISPOSABLE RAZOR BLADES, disposable BABY WIPES, PILL BOXES (3 times per day.
